At Maidstone Dance Studios, we hire out the whole building, giving you exclusive use of our facilities. Alongside our purpose-built studios, you’ll also have access to:
- A waiting/changing area
- A kitchenette with fridge, kettle, toaster, and microwave
This makes our venue ideal for workshops, rehearsals, and events where comfort and convenience are key.

A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance invoiced one month before your hire date. Once confirmed, you’ll have full access to our professional, well-equipped studios for the duration of your hire.
